Refund policy

At Ela Atelier, each piece is carefully selected, designed, or made specifically for you. Because many of our pieces are custom or made-to-order, please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Ela Atelier are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing provided by the customer, or personal preference.

This policy applies to both ready-to-ship and custom/made-to-order jewelry unless otherwise stated.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client based on the specifications approved during the design process.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please carefully review all details—including metal, stone selection, dimensions, sizing, engraving, and overall design—before providing final approval.

Minor variations between CAD renderings, reference images, photographs, and the finished piece may occur as part of the jewelry-making process and are not considered defects.

Design Deposits

Design and CAD deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

When specified at the time of purchase, the design deposit will be applied toward the final price of your piece.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size, chain length, bracelet measurement, or other sizing information.

If resizing or alterations are possible after production, additional fees may apply. Some designs may have limited or no resizing capability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece is inspected before it is delivered or shipped. If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact Ela Atelier as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We will review the piece and determine the appropriate resolution. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, loss, theft, or damage resulting from alterations or repairs performed by a third party.
